S. Kellner United States Dr. Kellner's grandfather, August Friedrich Kellner, was the chief justice inspector in the district court in a small town in the Vogelsberg mountains north of Frankfurt. He spoke out against the Nazis in 1940 and kept a diary of all the events he saw unfolding in Germany during that era. |

Sasek Czech Republic Jiri is in the process of opening a museum commemmorating 24 Aug 1944. The museum will be located in Jindrichuv Hradec, Southeastern Bohemia, Czech Republic. Jiri contributed an article about this date. This day is one on which the Fifteenth AAF sent 368 bombers to various targets in Czechoslovakia. |
